Shipping policy
Weights and sizes are approximations and can vary according to the packaging method. Some products may need a special transport method and or packaging.
Unloading, setup, and connection to services and the start-up of equipment are not included in the delivery or the equipment prices.
Origin: We ship from Rimouski or Montréal, QC, and Milwaukee,WI.
Packaging: Packaging is included in our shipping fees.
Cut off time for same-day shipping orders: We are shipping orders around 15h00 EST Monday to Friday. Orders received before noon usually ship the same day, providing that everything is in stock. Please ask our customer service for a special delivery service or any urgent shipment.
Shipping methods: We ship using the main carriers (UPS/FedEx/DHL) with ground service, and we select the appropriate one regarding the destination, shorter transit time, and lower cost. We also ship using existing clients' accounts with carriers upon request. Additional fees may apply for special transport (bus, airfreight, etc.). Please ask our customer service for shipping options.
Order processing and shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 working days.
Tracking information is sent as soon as your order is ready to ship. We ship with the main carriers choosing the best one for the destination, the transit time, and cost.
